How to: Register for meets (AKA. Declare)
- Make sure you are logged in to your Swimtopia account.
- Find the page titled "Meets & Events" (Open it).
- You should now see a list of events and meets. Find the one that you would like to declare.
- Click on the green box next to it titled "MEET ENTRY".
- If the box is grey, that means you are too late to declare. The meet entry time period has closed for parents. YOUR FAMILY WILL BE DECLARED AS NOT ATTENDING THE MEET UNLESS CHANGED BY AN ADMIN.
- You should now see a small edit box; click it.
- You can now choose entries for each swimmer in your family.
- Please ensure you choose the correct option for each swimmer to indicate which relays they are available for. (Coaches create the relay teams based on number of kids available in each age group)
- You may include a note along with your entry that will be taken into consideration when preparing the meet.
How to: Scratch (remove) your kid(s) from a meet [LAST MINUTE]

Contact a Parent Rep. ASAP
IF THE MEET STARTS AT 8 AM, YOU NEED TO CONTACT US BY AT LEAST 7 AM THAT MORNING (EARLIER IS BETTER). This is crucial to ensure a smooth meet for everyone else. - If only one of your children is not attending, please send as many other kids as possible, as we need as many swimmers as we can get to be competitive as a team. Always remember to inform the parent reps. as soon as you have descison.
How to: Subscribe to the calendar
To do this, open the "Meets & Events" tab. At the top, there is a subscribe link; once clicked, a pop-up will show asking which apps you would like to add the calendar to.
How to: Sign up for volunteering shifts
- Make sure you are logged in to your Swimtopia account.
- Find the page titled "Meets & Events" (Open it).
- You should now see a list of events and meets. Find the one that you would like to sign up for.
- Click on the green box next to it titled "JOB SIGNUP".
- If the box is grey, that means you are too late to sign up. The time period has closed for signups.
- Join any open job that works for you.

- Stroke Judging - Want to complete your hours with the least amount of shifts? Stroke judges only need to complete 3 volunteer stroke judge shifts. They also must complete the RMSL's on-line Stroke and Turn training.
Create a free, online account and log in at USA Swimming University. (If you are a USA Swimming member already, you do not need to create a new account—just use your membership account.) Here is a direct link to the course information page. The cost of the course is $25. We are happy to reimburse all stroke judges!

How to: RSVP
- Make sure you are logged in to your Swimtopia account.
- Find the page titled "Meets & Events" (Open it).
- You should now see a list of events and meets. Find the one that you would like to RSVP for.
- Click on the green box next to it titled "RSVP".
- If the box is grey, that means you are too late to RSVP. The time period has closed for declaring. However, this does not necessarily mean you can't go; contact a parent rep if needed.
- Indicate who will be going and if available how many extra guests you will be bringing.
