Many volunteers are needed to run a successful swim season!
Green Oaks Gators requires every family to volunteer their time to help at the meet and behind the scenes. If you are unable to fulfill the commitment signed up for it is your responsibility to find a replacement.
If you trade shifts, please remember to update the volunteer coordinator so the volunteer lists can be updated. Please be advised if you do not fulfill your volunteer role a fee of $50 will be charged per shift missed.
Volunteering is easier than ever! Every family, regardless of the age of swimmers or the number of siblings, must complete 5 volunteer shifts.
Stroke Judging - Want to complete your hours with the least amount of shifts? Stroke judges only need to complete 3 volunteer stroke judge shifts. They also must complete the RMSL's on-line Stroke and Turn training.
Create a free, online account and login at USA Swimming University. (If you are USA Swimming members already, you do not need to create a new account—just use your membership account.) Here is a direct link to the course information page. The cost of the course is $25. We are happy to reimburse all stroke judges!
