We are looking forward to hosting you at Green Oaks this season!

Meet Logistics:

• Pool Address: 5898 Green Oaks Dr., Greenwood Village, CO 80121
  • Everyone can use the pool parking lot until it's full, and street parking after. Please be respectful of driveways. Please don't park on the sloped ramp leading into the parking lot, as it will block access in both directions.
  • We will try to have reserved parking spaces in the parking lot for 2 Away Team Parent Reps. They are located along the black fence by the tennis courts.
• Your team tent can go anywhere in the big field to the south of the pool. Please make sure your swimmers do not enter the tennis courts at any time. There is lots of shade down there, so use the whole space!
• We ask that all swimmers stay out of the baby pool during the meet.
• Your warm-up time is: 7:30 - 7:50 am
• The scratch meeting will be at the scoring/officials tent (northwest corner of the pool) at 7:30 AM.
• Timers and Stroke Judge meeting is at 7:45 AM at the official's tent.
  • We ask that all timers and stroke judges for all shifts come to the morning meeting to make transitions easier during shift changes.
• We will start heating relays at 7:50 am, before the national anthem.
• We'll provide your team with 2 heat sheets.
• We do our volunteer shift changes after event 45 and before event 46. See below for the volunteer requirements:
  • Timers: 2 volunteers per shift; 4 total
  • Stroke judges: 2 volunteers per shift; 4 total
  • Heating/deck management: 2-3 volunteers per shift; 4-6 total
• Please confirm your meet entries as READY in Swimtopia by 12 pm on the Thursday before the meet. It causes many issues down the line when entries are late.
• The finalized combined Heat Sheet will be sent out by 12 pm on Friday*.
  • *Unless there are issues. PLEASE make sure your entries are done on time.
• For Concessions, we will accept cash and Venmo.
• We have a "scoreboard" (tv) setup under the covered clubhouse that shows the times and places for each event. It will also periodically have score updates.
